Membership in the International Organization for Secure Commerce is open to professionals, students and law enforcement or regulatory personnel worldwide. 

Requirements for membership are:
  • Submit a completed application form.
  • Agree to adhere to the IOSC Code of Conduct.
  • Agree to support the stated mission of the IOSC.
  • Pay the annual membership fee.
    • $100 US per year for Professional Membership.
    • $30 US per year for Student Membership.
    • 50% discount for law enforcement & regulatory personnel.
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Complete the application verification process.
